Where can I find your product?
You can pre order and pick-up on Saturday’s between 10:00 am-2:00 pm at 2824 Heath Drive. Our weekly pre-order menu is open Monday to Thursday.
You will find us at the Saanich Peninsula Country Market during market season from June 7-Oct 11. For more details and location map, look under the “contact” page.
How long does your bread last?
If you can resist eating it all in one day we would suggest consuming it within three days. You can refresh the bread after 3 days or if it’s feeling a bit dry by spritzing or brushing the crust of the bread with water and baking it for 5-10 min at 350-400. It will crisp the loaf back up like it was fresh out of the oven.
We do recommend storing in a Tupperware or bread box away from direct sunlight and drafts to keep it as fresh as possible.
